Are you seeing the cart in the header on mobile?

Also, if you scroll down on this page for example, the product are loading out of the container and in to the sidebar...

I've cleared cache but still seeing this.

I can't, but you have a considerable amount of custom CSS altering the view of the mobile cart icon.

For example:

.cart-contents {
	display: none !important;
}
