Problem with the mobil menu

Hallo,
sorry about my English, it is not good enough, but i need a support.
I have GP Premium and everything is glad. But there is one Problem with the menu.
On a normal desktop the menu work,
but if i watch the homepage on a smartphone, the menu will not unfold down. There is standing "Menu" but it doesent work

As for the issue, can you disable all plugins except GP Premium to eliminate any conflicts?

thank you very much for your Tips. I have found the Solution.
After i disable all plugins, the Mobil-Menu works.
Than i have found the problem with a arrangement on the Plugin Autoptimize with the Java Script Options. I change it.

the same problem with the Momil-menu, not with Autopimize but with WP-Rocket.
Do you have an idea for the setting with Wp-Rocket and a functionel Mobil menu.
