PROBLEM WITH THE CART

good morning everyone
I am having a problem with woocoomerce and with the cart, because when I add a product to the cart I get the message that was added but it does not take the product and when I enter the cart it comes out that I do not have products in the cart could you please help me, and when I click on the cart button it doesn't appear what products I have in this help please thank you very much

Can you try disabling all plugins except GP Premium to eliminate any plugin conflicts first?
