Problem with Spacing Add-On

Awesome theme that has made my life so much easier - thank-you!

One slight problem I am having is with the spacing add-on. When I try to change the padding for the header (layout/header/header padding) or Separating Space (layout/container) or vertical (not horizontal for some reason?) Content Padding (layout/container) it doesn't seem to reflect on the live site and sometimes not in the preview either. If I add simple CSS that seems to work.

I am using a child of GP Premium 1.4.3 with all the add-ons. All I have in the header area is a logo (site identity/logo).
