Problem with responsive header & spacer

I am not sure if I am missing something obvious but my header logo is way too big - it takes up the whole screen.
When I adjust spacer settings to make what I think is a reasonable size logo for my screen then it is very small on the tablet size display and just not there on the mobile display.

You'll want to resize it in an image editor (Photoshop, GIMP etc..) or in WordPress itself: https://en.support.wordpress.com/images/image-editing/
