Problem with rendering woocommerce / elementor add to cart

Hi there,
I am using Generatepress pro, elementor pro and woocommerce - all the latest versions. No other plugins are active.
When I add the woocommerce 'add to basket' item via elementor the result is that the quantity box is displayed above the 'add to basket button' rather than in-line with it.
If I change the theme to Twenty-seventeen the quantity and button boxes render inline properly.
Can you offer some assistance?

Further investigation at my end has revealed that the rendering issue is in fact nothing to do with Generatepress. The issue occurs only when I'm using the elementor canvas template and not the default gp template (with elementor elements).
