Problem with Plugin Shariff-Wrapper

Dear all,
When I log into my account and want to open a Supoort ticket, I see "You don't have any valid license keys. Please renew your license key.". However, I have a valid license key.
I use the PlugIn "Shariff Wrapper". If I use it with generate-press (premium), the Plugin will not display the "Share-Icon", but only the heading.
Shariff-Wrapper need the funktion "wp_footer();". In generate-press (premium) I have activated "hooks". Do you have an idea why this doesn't work?

How are you adding the license key? Perhaps you're missing some of the characters? Can you do a screen recording of the error you get when you add the license key?
