Problem with mobile menu

Option 1 off canvas panel & sticky menu or off canvas panel without sticky menu
Problem: with the plugin nextgen the mobile menu goes down in desktop and mobile (after the footer)
Option 2 without off canvas panel & sticky menu
Problem: when i am in mobile i press menu, but i cant scroll down to show all options in the menu.
