Problem with mobile header padding

Hello, GP,
I have a padding problem on mobile.
Customizing - Layout - Header - Header Padding - Mobile.
Nothing changes no matter what value.

It works, but padding bottom grows faster.
When I set 50px in Customize - Layout - Primary Navigation - Menu Item Height & Width
I have 3 times wider space under site title.

The actual mobile header spacing is even.
