Problem with Mason Starter Site Kit / Blog Layout Tools Missing

I have installed the Mason kit from the Site Library on two separate installs. In both instances, when I go to Customizer/Layout/Blog the tools are missing to edit the layout. They're just not there. I'm including a video: Video of issue
Hi Lisa,
Thank you for including a video of the issue. The Blog module is disabled by default on Mason Template.
Kindly go to Appearance > GeneratePress and enable the Blog module and all the other modules you would like to have enabled.
