Problem with logo and header height

I've created a new logo, 250x100 in size.
I also configured the menu height to be 100px. (Tried 101px too...)
In the preview of WP Customization it looks good, but in reality it isn't.

Using all the latest versions.
Can you try clearing your browser cache. It looks good on my browser.
