Problem with header on shop page

Try use block element in product archive like page hero without any product. When i add one product I see title, before I don't see them.

I believe that would be a WooCommerce or WordPress thing - there needs to be product under that category so the category archive would work properly.

Yes when I put one product to archive I see title.
