Problem Uploading Images

Hi Tom,
When I upload images they aren't showing up in the library or on the pages. Only the little image icon and the image title are showing. All of the meta data shows, however, and if I edit the image I can see it, but as when I save it, it still does not appear in the library or on the pages.
Ideas?

It could be a couple things.
The first thing I'd look for is a plugin causing the issue. Try #1 on this page: https://generatepress.com/knowledgebase/debugging/
If that doesn't do it, I would check with your hosting to make sure your WordPress installation can upload images to the server - the issue could be permission related.
