Problem setting up Vacation template with GP Premium

I'm setting up a 2nd site with GP Premium using a new domain name purchased through WordPress (which is also my provider with a Business account). I keep getting a notice saying "GP Premium requires GeneratePress to be your active theme," but I want to use your Vacation theme. Also, the Customize feature for headings, Home Page, etc. is missing under themes. How do I customize my Home page and the header for all pages? Basically, I've created content but can't get it into any containers and can't modify the containers that come with the template.

the Sites on our Site Library are not Themes.
When you then import a site from the library think of it as exporting and importing a website - not as a theme or child theme.
So you must have the GeneratePress Theme installed for the GP Premium plugin to work. And then you can import your site.
