Problem option generatepress gp premium

I install a new website with generatepress with gp premium but i can't access to option i don't have any option.
I put my licence key. I desactivate all plugin i try to activate generatepress not my template child but it's the same. i don't have any error debug wordpress.

Hi there,
a white screen in the Customiser is generally related to the server PHP Memory.
Can you go to Dashboard > Tools > Site Health.
1. Make sure there are no major errors reported
2. Go to the Info Tab > Server info, and paste the settings here so we can see if they need improving
