[Support request] problem making background header spacing / padding

hi, my goal is making background header image space from the very top.
i tried to change the value in customize > layout > header > header padding
but the space of background header image didnt get wider from the very top of screen

did you try increasing the top / bottom padding for the header?

that is correct, but everytime i change the number, the padding for the header didnt get wider.
but the header background picture is getting larger.

what i want is the background picture stay the same size, but the distance of the header background picture from the top of the screen is wider

Hmm I believe the image would work much better when uploading it as a site logo in under site identity:

Can you also clear and disable the caching plugin as we requested here?

And enable us to use right click would also help.
