Problem in the menu appearance / customize / layout / blog

In the menu "appearance / customize / layout / blog" , when I click the single button or pages button or Posts button, the page back to the top (menu appearance / customize).
I'm using Wordpress 5.2.1 with GeneratePress Premmium 2.2.2

Not sure if I fully understand.
So something is not working with the customizer buttons?
Can you try #1 here to eliminate any plugin conflicts first?

Like a plugin conflict.
Can you try disabling all plugins except GP premium?

I disabled several plugins, deleted some without using, and after activating only plugins in use and everything returned to normal.
