Prioritize visible content error in Google page speed insight

Hello There,
I am getting "Prioritize visible content" error in google page speed test. Also, my website primary navigation expands to double its width then again it comes back to original size at the time of loading the page.
I have been trying to fix this error from yesterday but no luck.
please help me.

Hi there,

I ran your website through the test and didn't get that message - did you fix it.

I also hard refreshed your website about 10 times and didn't notice the menu doing any expanding.

No.. not fixed yet. Please run internal page in google pagespeed insight tool. Prioritize visible content error is there.
