Primary Nav Logo Not Showing in Customizer

Ok. The primary Nav is not appearing in the Customizer Menu. How can I remove it if it does not appear? I've provided my Staging site details yesterday and screen shot provided below:

I thought the issue was resolved before?
That sounds like a caching issue though.
Make sure you have no caching plugin or some sort of staging site cache.
Also try uploading an image then remove it. That should help as well.
