primary menu displays in off-canvas menu

Hello,
I have created an off-canvas menu for mobile devices, different from the primary menu for desktop users. However, both menus show up in the off-canvas menu on mobile devices. How can I get rid of the primary menu on mobile devices (the bottom centered menu)? I want mobile devices to only display the sticky - off canvas menu and desktop devices to only display the sticky primary menu.

Looks like there is a menu widget added in the off canvas widget area:

Can you try removing that?
