"Preview" in the editor is showing something different than GP Customize

Hello - I am creating a new page, but when I click "preview" I see a page that has a black background for the Header and the Footer. But when I go to Customize, I see the color scheme that I want (see link below).
Not sure how to fix this.
Thanks,
Nick
Hi there,
sorry we can't see that link without a login.
Sounds like a caching issue. Open the site in an Incognito / Private Browser and then hit the preview. If the issue persist then try disabling any cache plugins. Let us know.
Hi David - opened in incognito mode, but have the same issue. I do not have any cache plugins.
I published the page so you can see, compared to the customize view in GP -

Hey Nick, can you show us a screenshot of what it looks like in the Customizer?
Looking at your live website code, it seems none of the actual body HTML is GeneratePress: https://www.screencast.com/t/40qdBtNv
Are you using a child theme or something to alter the output of the content maybe?
I don't know what a child theme is.
My other pages were made with OptimizePress, but I wouldn't think that it would be affecting pages created in the active theme.
Hmm yea, not sure why the header color isn't working in the Customizer. Any chance you can send me temporary admin login details so I can inspect the Customizer source?: https://generatepress.com/contact
If so, be sure to mention this topic.
Thanks! :)
Thanks Tom. Just sent it over.

BTW - this is the page I created that initiated my question: https://www.realestatecapitalpro.com/contact-us-dup/
Looks like switching browsers and turning off the server-side cache resolved this issue.
Glad it's solved :)
