premium options no showing

I purchased premium. downloaded and activated with a license. My pro features are not available for me to customize. I have repeatedly tried to activate the plugin modules and it goes to a page that says "bad request"

can you check your error_log so we can get more detail?
David, I resolved the issue. It was a server problem and when I woke up this morning my host techs had resolved it for me. Thank you so much for coming to my rescue. You are wonderful.
