Premium module issue

Hello
I'm using GeneratedPress Premium 1.8.3 on two sites. Te first one is ok, all modules are loading in Appearance / Customize, into the second one not. The plugin is activated of course and all modules too, but into the Customize left sidebar I see only the free options.
Please, what can I check to fix it?

That’s very strange. We’ve never had this issue reported.
Can you make sure all plugin and server cache is cleared?
If this doesn’t help, can you try deactivating all plugins except GP premium to eliminate any conflicts?

Hi, sorry, I was wrong. I was using an old premium plugin version, so the settings are in different layout now. Apologize.
