    Installed and activated the free theme.
    Installed and activated the Premium plugin.

    Tried to hit “configure” on the Premium plugin: error message “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.”

    GeneratePress does not show up under “Appearance”

    Uninstalled the theme, then the plugin, then deleted the plugin directory and reinstalled both with the same results.

    Hi there,

    This would typically happen if the theme isn’t activated or installed properly.

    Can you confirm that GeneratePress is the active theme in “Appearance > Themes”?

    It was. I even uninstalled and reinstalled the theme in case something was hinky.

    Can you reactivate it again and see if the issue is still there?
