Posts Page and Sidebar typography

Hi, I currently have my home page set as my posts page.
When I display that page, each post is showing up with an excerpt and the typography
is Bold. Also, the text in the Sidebar widgets is bold as well.
How do I control that? How can I make the Sidebar text NOT bold, and the same
for the excerpt, or change the number of words in each excert.
In CUSTOMIZE-->>LAYOUT-->>BLOG, under content settings I've got Excerpt with 0 word count, but
that doesn't seem to affect my posts page. As for the Sidebar, not sure how to make that NOT
bold on the posts page.
Can you let me know please?

Could you go to customizer > Typograph > body, set Normal as font weight:

For the excerpt, do you have a custom expert set in the post? If not, are you using the read more block in the post?

Yes, I was using the "Read More", so I took that out and that solved the problem of
the excerpt.
I did as you requested and went to customizer > Typography > body, and set Normal as font weight.
But that did NOT change the font to normal. It's still showing up as BOLD on the Posts Page.
Can you help me with that please?
