Posts do not fill Blog page per Customizer settings

In Customizer / Layout / Blog, when 2 or 5 columns are selected, each row is filled with either 2 or 5 posts across, as expected.
But when 3 or 4 columns are selected, the rows do not fill, blank space if left in the last row, even though there are plenty of other posts available to fill the space.

That's weird.
I wasn't able to duplicate this problem on my install and we haven't had this problem reported before.
Can you try these couple tests first:
- Temporarily remove or comment out your custom CSS and see if they are causing the problem.
- If not then try #1 here to eliminate any plugin conflicts first:
