posting from "a" site blog, different articles, to different sites

Greetings,

An example of the issue I face, is below:

On my “MASTER WP” site I have:

DRAFT Article A

DRAFT Article B

DRAFT Article C

DRAFT Article D
etc

I would like to please, post each of articles, individually, to blogs on different websites, NOT simply one article to all sites:

ie,
Article A > to Website A Blog
Article B > to Website B Blog
Article C > to Website C Blog
Article D > to Website D Blog
etc

Can someone please suggest a plugin, that would allow me to do this? Would a multi-site single dashboard manager, like WPCommander or ManageWP be a able to? Any suggestions appreciated.
