Hello support,
I already setup the featured image to be displayed above post title in location settings but in the live site the image displayed below post title.
Please advice.
Thanks,
Handoko
Hi there,
in the Customizer > Layout > Blog you have the option to change the image location for Archives, Posts and Pages - can you confirm you have changed the correct one ?
Hi David,
Yes, the settings and live view in customizer is correctly displayed: http://prntscr.com/pox9c6
but if you look on the site here: https://pernikdunia.com/ the post title is above image
Thanks,
Handoko
So it's working in customizer preview but not in live site?
Then it's a caching issue.
Have you tried clearing and disabling Pp Super Cache for now?
Hi Leo,
I have clear cache and disable Wp Super Cache also I use Cloudflare and purge cache but still no change.
Any advice?
Thanks,
Handoko
So it works in customizer preview but not on live site?
If so there should only be 2 possible reasons:
- Caching
- or Child theme error explained here:
https://docs.generatepress.com/article/using-child-theme/
It would be good if you disable all plugins to eliminate any conflicts. If not then check with your host to see if there are any sort of caching going on.
Hi Leo,
After deactivated all plugin and re-activated one by one, I found it's conflict with Rank Math SEO plugin.
Any clue how to resolve the issue while I'm still keep using it?
Thanks,
Handoko
Should be their issue:

I would bring it up to their support again :)
Hi Leo,
Ahhh, sure I just realize it. I will update them too.
Thanks,
Handoko
UPDATE:
This issue was cause by Rank Math SEO plugin. It's already forwarded to them: https://support.rankmath.com/ticket/rankmath-update-conflict-with-generatepress-theme/#post-18450
No problem :)
