Post thumbnail not appearing after clicking more button to see more posts

Hi,
On my home page, i have 10 posts being shown and below that a MORE button to show more posts.
But after pressing the MORE button, the appearing posts do not show the thumbnails only excerpts.
Please advise. Thanks
