Post list with navigation if exist more than 5 posts

Hello,
how can I create a list of posts and a navigation through the posts below it.
Excample:
Postheader 1
Content 1 ...... (250 Letters)
Link to post 1 (normal Link not a button)
---------------------
Postheader 2
Content 2 ......
Link to post 2
---------------------
Postheader 3
Content 3 ......
Link to post 3
---------------------
Back | 1 | 2 | 3 | Next
I try it with a loop element but I didn't get a good result.

That looks like a standard output of the posts page.

yes I need a overview list about all posts with a navigation.
Currently I have installed a query loop on a page and in it a post template with post title and post excerpt.
Unfortunately, I can't remove the "Read more" button here and I can't add a scrolling navigation either.

I found the Element Pagination.
Now I just need a little hint how I can extend the text from the post excert to 150 characters and how I can remove the botton.
