post excerpts overlap until page is refreshed

I'm having an issue where post excerpts often, but not always, overlap until the page is refreshed. What am I missing?
Oh wait, could it be Jetpack and the lazy loading of images setting?

It could be. Try disabling all plugins except GP premium then reactivate the plugins one by one.
