Post Excerpt Issue On Category Pages

On a category like this:

I have full posts showing. I changed the WordPress setting to be "Summary", but it's still showing full blog posts.
Is there a non-code way to fix this?

Looks like only the first post is having the issue?
If so it must be something specific to that post.
Can you make sure the more tag is not used?
