Post Content placed to the left / content width

Hello, regarding content width
When I open a post in desktop mode I would like the content to be placed on the left rather than centre, leaving more room to the right of the screen - is this something that can be done in the theme?
On mobile I would like the contents to take the full screen - at present though there is always some spare space on the right and left , could that be adjusted?

Try disabling all plugins except GP Premium first.
