Hi there,
Since taking my new site live, I’ve noticed an issue when Cloudflare is activated.
The cart icon in the menu and what looks like the hover element for the cart are broken. See here:

https://i.vgy.me/iorUN2.png (appearing bottom of page)I’ve left Cloudflare activated so you can see these above issues. Please let me know if you’d like me to switch it off.
Everything else appears to be working OK, but the above has me puzzled. Any help would be much appreciated!

your server keeps blocking me for some odd reason π But this kind of issue is generally caused if a cache plugin is combining JS files and disrupting their order. So try disabling some of the cache options to see if there is one at fault.
July 14, 2019 at 1:12 pm #957751ShaunHey David,
Thanks for your reply. I’ve been playing around with it and I am fairly certain it is Cloudflare which is creating the problem. The Cloudflare account is using the standard settings on the free plan. No files are being minified in Cloudflare and there are no caching plugins running on the website. As soon as I activate Cloudflare it breaks the cart button on the site.
Are you aware of any conflicts like this?

I’m not aware of anything like this. Is the issue live right now? I’m able to see the icon on mobile.
Let me know π

CloudFlare was deactivated, but I’ve switched it back on and can confirm the cart icon in the menu is now broken and you’ll see a part of it appearing below the footer too.
Any help will be much appreciated!

I just checked and the cart icon is displaying correctly:

July 14, 2019 at 6:30 pm #957925ShaunHey Leo,
It is appearing broken for me:
http://prntscr.com/of13b3
http://prntscr.com/of13hjI can’t remember what URL I gave in the original topic. If the URL is using a dev. sub domain then please delete that so you’re accessing the live site.
If it helps, I am seeing this error in the console – http://prntscr.com/of141m
Thanks again
July 14, 2019 at 6:36 pm #957927LeoStaffCustomer SupportI’m looking at the site without dev in the URL – you can edit the original topic and check that.
I checked with few different browsers and they all work for me.
Have you tried clearing your browser cache or a different browser?
Let me know π
July 14, 2019 at 6:42 pm #957932ShaunThanks Leo,
I have tried clearing the cache in Chrome and the issue remains. I’ve opened the site in Safari (never opened this site in Safari on this computer) and the issue is still there.
July 15, 2019 at 9:58 am #958523TomLead DeveloperLead DeveloperHmm, I’m not seeing the issue on my end, either. Do you have a different device to test on? Maybe your phone?
July 15, 2019 at 4:30 pm #958796ShaunHey Tom,
I’ve been doing some testing this morning on Browserstack on multiple devices/browsers and it is working OK on all. Apologies for wasting your time on this! I’ve been clearing Cloudflare and browser cache whenever I’ve been testing so I’m not sure why it wasn’t working for me.
Either way, all good! Thanks again π
