Position Mobile Logo Above Menu Bar or change colour of mobile menu bar

Hi, I'm running GP Premium and want to see if its possible (only on the mobile version) to either change the background colour of the mobile menu bar (where the mobile logo currently sits) or move the logo above the menu bar as the colours of the logo currently blend into the background of the menu. Thanks
