Popup Forms Not Showing On Site

I published a popup form in MailChimp twice in the past two weeks and they are still saying sending. So I published one on my site using elementor. It says it's published, but it is not showing on my site.
I contacted my host support and they checked it out on their end and said there was nothing wrong showing on their part.
Can you tell me why my popup forms are not working on my site? Michelle

I'd make sure your browser cache is cleared and no extension is blocking it.
ok, I will thanks for your help. one more thin did my site load ok or was it slow? I have 9 plugins, but I need them.
