I've installed the plugin 404page mais how can I hide the page in the sitemap ? (created with the plugin WP Sitemap Page) ? (I can hide it in the Menu)

You'll most likely have to ask the developers of the Sitemap plugin if there's a way to hide specific pages from it.

Have you checked with the plugin author, yet? It may be a common issue that they know the answer to.

Do any of those pages change if you deactivate the plugin?

I think you might be looking at the No Results page. With that plugin activated, does it work if you go to a regular 404 page? yoursite.com/i-dont-exist
