plugin para notificaciones con campana de aviso

Buenas,
Estoy buscando un plugin para las notificaciones del sistema de tickets de mi pagina web.
Para que cuando se abra un ticket o se conteste un ticket exista una campana de aviso en la que se le diga al usuario que tiene un ticket algo asi como esto.

The theme and it's plugin extension doesn't offer this kind of niche functionality, unfortunately.
You'll need third-party plugin for this. And perhaps, a help from custom developer depending on the scope of customization you'll need.
