Plugin Comfigured Page Displayed Eror Message

I just installed PRO plugin anf activated it. Upon clicling on CONFIGURED, it resolved into an error page.
The error message: "Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page."

can you check the PHP version you are using? It should be 7.x Let me know.
My host, WPXHosting just confirm the latest PHP 7.3 is with hosting. So issue not PHP.
I have not install the GP theme, could that be the issue?
aah yes - the GP Theme has to be installed for the Plugin to work.
