Placing an image between header & content

Is there a way to place a graphic in between the header and the site content, similar to this site? (the "Conservation" quote which appears on the home page)
Hi Sue,
You can try adding the quote through a Header Element or a Block Element - Page Hero.
These elements are automatically added between the header and the site content. :D
