Place for Google In-page ads

Hello
I would like to know if I can create a block or an element to place Google's in-page ads, since sometimes Google automatically places them between the main menu and the secondary menu, which is annoying.

Hi there,
Not sure if I fully understand.
If you choose manual ads for Google, then you should be able to use any of the hooks available to insert it.
