Pivot - YouTube video embed issue

Hello,
I am having an issue with the homepage of the Pivot design - from the site library.
The YouTube video that is there I am trying to replace with my video via the embed code. While this should be a simple thing to do... I cannot get a new video set.
Can you please help.

Can you link me to the video you are trying to embed?
That is very weird.
What happens if you create a new embed widget and add the new video?

Ok so that does not work either - even tried a different video.
Hmmm - it sounds like a caching issue but i can't see you have any cache plugins. Can you try clearing the BB cache and any server caches you have?
I added a cache plugin and cleared all and still not working. Is this a hosting issue, theme, or? any idea? Thank you
Would you mind trying to add the embed to a brand new page? Sorry just trying to narrow down where the issue lies.
the video will not add in other pages - I have to get this moving - your thoughts would be appreciated - wait for a fix or start over?
Well it looks like it works just by adding the video URL.
iFrame Embeds could be being blocked by your servers ModSec rules... found this which refers to that issue:
