Pivot theme - testimonial reel

Hi guys, in the pivot theme - services page, you have a testimonial reel. Is that a plugin? Or is that a Beaver Builder exclusive?
Do you happen to know a good testimonial reel plugin or something that I can do this same effect without having to buy the beaver theme?

I have not used a testimonial plugin myself. Might be worth testing a few and see which one you prefer the most :)

probably best to use one of the many slider plugins, as opposed to it being a specific testimonial slider. This comes highly rated and the free version should do the job:
