Permalink Setting as Post name show 404 error

When i change permalink as Post name, my pages and posts all are shows 404 errors. every one saying is its theme problem.
Hi there,
the Theme has no control over Permalinks, this is core WP function.
Can you share a link to your site where we can see the problem?
