Peak Theme Question Phone Number in Header

Hi there...currently working with the Peak theme and am wondering if anyone has any feedback on how I can get a phone number in the header...right now the icon is centered and the nav is below it centered as well.
I'd love to get a small bit of text "call now" etc and a phone number in the right corner of the header area.
Bonus points if I could get that number in between the icon and the "menu" on the mobile menu i have activated on it.
Happy to pay someone to customize this for me as I"m unsure of how much work it would take to accomplish (if at all possible)

On desktop, you can try using the header widgets:

As for mobile, since you are using the mobile header feature, you can try something like this:
