Pass variable to other site

I know this is not question about GP but I appeal to your generosity if you can guide me.
I need to pass to other site (not WordPress) a string to perform a search through a input text from my WP site.
I'd need to pass to other site something like this:
https://www.othersite.com/Productos?detalle=latex_satinado_10
where "latex satinado 10" would be the string user enters in the input text of my site.
This is a preview of my WP site.
Any idea how to solve this?

Please, forget site that recieves the query is not WP.
Do you know how to pass a query generated from an input text as my example from my WP site?
