Parallax scrolling effect in background image in mobile view

Hi,
I'm trying to make the parallax scrolling effect in the background image in mobile view work on my website however when I scroll down on a mobile device the background image jumps and disappears to reveal the next block below it.
To make it scroll I enabled the scrolling effect in the advanced tab on the text that is on top of the background image at the top on the home page. After I did that I tested scrolling on a mobile device but once I go scroll below the image it jumps and skips to the next block very quickly.
Are you able to advise on how I can resolve this?

Everything on that page including header and navigation is from Elementor.

Yes that is correct. Sorry I should have mentioned Elementor in the original post.
Elementor don't seem to reply to my support requests.
Yeah unfortunately we cannot provide for another plugin.
