Paragraph text on a (tag) archive page

I'd like to add a paragraph of text to all my tag archive pages, right below the title. I'd like that to be the text from the description box that is standard when creating new tags in Wordpress.
I think what I'm looking for is the short code that would allow me to reference that description box content so I can display it as a paragraph inside a header element, but I'd be happy for other/ better suggestions :-)

Try creating a page hero block element:

Then you can use the headline block with the term meta as the dynamic data:
