Pagination doesn't work in home

I tried to disable all plugins, I tried to put the basic theme but to no avail.
Pagination only works if I set a simple permalink (? P = 123). Any suggestions?

can you try rebuilding your permalinks by going to Settings > Permalinks and click Save Changes.
Hi David, I have already tried but nothing changes.
Have you changed the Permalink structure or any rewrite rules on the site?
I didn't change anything
Can you test for conflicts by temporarily disabling child themes and all other plugins.
