I have turned off all extra plugins and either removed or commented out any code that I can think of that could be causing this issue can't figure out whats causing it.
Hi there,
Is there a specific page/section I should be looking at?
Let me know :)
its actually effecting all the pages, so see how if you open a page it has a slide bar at the bottom because its actually wider the device?
Can you disable all plugins except GP Premium and GenerateBlocks for us to take a look?
already done only other plugin on is simple css
Can you disable Simple CSS as well?
And also the live chat box? Not sure how that is added.
okay simple css disabled. But I am unable to disable the chat bot (I can't figure out how it was set up.)

You will need to figure that out first unfortunately.
It's highly unlikely that the horizontal scroll/responsive issue is related to the theme - it's not happening in any of our sites here:
https://generatepress.com/site-library/
You will need to basically strip the site clean clean - that means disabling all custom scripts, functions, CSS, plugins etc to determine the issue.
Found the bot! Its a Google Tag Manager Element however I unpublished it and saved it as a draft but the page width is still a issue. So I am pretty sure that's not whats is causing it. I also shut off the shopping cart Iframe
Also since we have Identified the bot I have a question shouldn't this be in the wp_footer not wp_head ?
I still can't see how this would be a theme issue.
Can you disable the elements module in GP Premium as well?
Make sure there is absolutely nothing custom added - that includes scripts (I'm seeing them in the source), custom CSS (in Additional CSS), and anything else.
Okay so when I turn off the elements module its a lot less space but there is still a little space so it must be more then one thing causing this?
I have commented out or removed all the customization's and scripts I can find.
okay so I found what element is causing the really big space its my footer element and since that was part of the issue I decided to shut off generate blocks, when I did that space is gone (not pro generate blocks just generate blocks) so some where there is a block causing issues. This issue.
I found the issue there was about 3 or 4 containers that were way over sized one was in a element and the others on a few pages. Thanks for the help trying to figure out what was going on.
So is the issue resolved?
The linked page is no longer working for me.
